You will enjoy the cooking of head chef Michael Guangco, who goes to great lengths in providing the finest in first class dining, featuring ingredients that are locally sourced whenever possible.
To ensure that you are fueled up for a full day of fishing ahead, you will find a hearty breakfast each morning, which might include eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, toast, sausage or bacon, juice and coffee. Your packed lunch will be prepared for you each morning by our hostess Kierra, and sent with your guide for the day.
In early evening, return to the lodge and join Kierra and Michael for some fireside appetizers. Following the appetizer creations, guests will join a Nicholas Dean hosts, Chad, Dustin, Sky or Rob for a hearty three course meal catering toward the needs and dietary restrictions of each individual guest. Most guests tend to work up quite a large appetite after an adventurous day in the outdoors, no need to worry about quantity, as food seems to always be available at Nicholas Dean. The only thing you need to worry about is your waistline!
